Description
How to enable in Fortify SSC token expiration alerts days before the expiration.
Resolution
1). The following configuration applies to all the tenant:
Go to Administration | Configuration | Scheduler
Check "Token expiration alerts" days and keep or change it as needed.
2). Go to Administration | Configuration | Email
Configure all email options.
3). The following configuration needs to be done per user:
Click in the upper right hand under “Preferences…”
Make sure “Receive email alerts from Software Security Center” is enabled.
Save the changes.
