Resolution
The Fortify ScanCentral utility is used to package your application code into a zip file that is subsequently uploaded for scanning.
Packaging of the application code is language dependent. For languages that include dependencies, for example: Java, Python and .NET the zip files will include Libs, Src, and metadata. For all others just Src and metadata are packaged.
